The recent Coronavirus Pandemic has hit us all very hard. The work that many of us rely upon is has been canceled or postponed. I see the shows on the Las Vegas Strip shutting down for 2 months or more; some of my Nashville colleagues with their summer tours have been canceled as well. Our mission at Music Lessons Las Vegas is to help musicians by exposing them to locals that are interested in taking private lessons; while doing it in the most effective manner and cost-efficient way possible. As such, Music Lessons Las Vegas is proud to be in a position to assist you during this time.
For the unforeseeable future, the highest level package – the “professional” package, which typically costs $60/month, is free for any musician to sign up for. Local and out of state musicians can sign up (pending approval) that would like to take advantage of the 1,000 plus visits per month that our Las Vegas directory receives.
To be clear, MLLV is not advocating for in-person lessons at this time. The arrangements are to be worked out between the music teacher and student on a case by case basis as both parties see fit. Video lessons are available with a number of our listed instructors for students that are following social distancing measures. For example, if you’re located in downtown Las Vegas, you can still take piano lessons with a local instructor in North Vegas. You can always continue with private lessons in person after the lockdown is lifted.
As we have in the past, we will get through this together and help each other along the way; MLLV is proud to be able to contribute to this effort.
